Sunday dinner

Postscript: In all my ranting about losing an hour to DST, I forgot to post the pix of what I made for dinner last Sunday. This is seared herbed tuna, snowpeas, and fried rice (leftover oriental pork chop sauce). Cathy made the soup- chix breast with brocolli, potatoes, carrots, and eggs. Apparently she picked up the recipe in Costa Rica. - I wasnt really in a cooking mood but we've been subsisting on canned food / take-outs of late and this dinner turned out better than expected.

Sometimes you just need to make time. =)

You guys seem to cook a lot of good food! :) Ian, since when did you start cooking? How nice! I wonder what I should do to get Lloyd to cook real food for me... jk! :p

"Sometimes you just need to make time".

You know, that was exactly what Alex's teacher said to me when I told her I couldn't go to a party because I had a lot to do.

So simple yet so TRUE!!!

We just need to make time.
